The Kouy Indigenous Community held a General Assembly to approve its Internal Rule on July 23, 2025, at Koh Khnaer village, O Kreang commune, O Kreang Senchey District, Kratie Province, Cambodia. The event was organized by the community leaders and members under the presidency of the representative of the Ministry of Rural Development (MRD) involved by sub-national and national government officials, and relevant stakeholders.
